With over 35 years experience in all phases of Custom Residential Construction, John Whitlock attended CSU Sacramento, majoring in Art & Architecture. In February of 1980 he founded Whitlock Construction. John is the founding Board Member of the Carpenter Training School, Newport, Oregon and currently is a member in good standing of National Tile Contractors Association. He has been a member of the Newport Chamber of Commerce since 1992. John has served as Director of Carmel Knolls Water District, Chairman of the Carmel-Foulweather Sanitary District and President of Lincoln County Home Builders Association.John Whitlock has been honored with several awards since beginning his career including "Builder of the Year 1995-96" from Lincoln County Home Builders Association and "Architectural Award 1997" from the Newport Chamber of Commerce. John is a two term Chairman and Founder of the Oregon Coast Home & Garden Show for 1998 and 1999. |

- All client information is held in strict confidentiality. We do not disclose any information to others regarding our clients or assignments.
- It is considered a conflict of interest for any employee to work directly or indirectly for any other construction or real estate appraisal company without written consent of Whitlock Construction & Appraisal.
- All employees are required to pass a full spectrum drug & alcohol test, testing to be at least once per year, and at employer's discretion.
